You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. - Returns are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of your receiving the products.the roduct must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. - Because we provide free shipping for every order, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee (including the original shipping postage and depreciation fees) for returned order. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. -We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. 3.Exchange Policy -Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants. -We will not accept returns or exchanges just because the customer decides they no longer want a pair of shoes,or because the customer has picked the wrong shoes or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures. -All exchanges must be addressed within 15 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange. -You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you. -We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.
